Coconut Curried Squash Recipe
An updated version of my navlopomo video, day 28 - For Thanksgiving dinner at a friend's house, I made a dish of butternut squash in curried coconut milk. It was a hit and several people asked for the recipe, which I didn't have since I just made it up on the spot :) So, I recreated it this afternoon in the kitchen and recorded the whole process as a video - naturally.
